Gonzalez is considered one of the most important tight ends of all time. Gonzalez holds the NFL record for receiving yards as well as receptions as a tight end. Additionally, he ranks third in total receptions. Gonzalez was chosen in the 1st round of the Kansas City Chiefs. He played his first 12 seasons playing for the team. The last five seasons the team was part of the Atlanta Falcons. Gonzalez, who retired in 2013, has been an analyst for NFL on Prime Video. Before the move, he was with CBS Sports, Fox Sports and Fox Sports. Gonzalez also received six All-Pros. Gonzalez is well-known for his stamina and uncommon mistakes. He was a regular in 272 regular season games and only lost two fumbles in 1,327 plays. Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Gonzalez was inducted in 2019.
